摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤科PICC置管化疗患者在基于奥马哈系统护理过程中对自我管理能力提升的影响和效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年1月本院收治的经PICC导管行化疗肿瘤患者110例,根据护理方式的不同分为实验组(n=54)和对照组(n=56)。实验组采用奥哈马系统护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组患者PICC自我管理能力的改善情况。结果两组患者PICC自我管理能力各项指标均随着时间变化评价得分呈增长趋势;实验组患者自我管理能力得分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比常规护理,基于奥马哈系统护理更能够有效提升肿瘤患者PICC自我管理能力。objective To explore the effect of Omaha systematic continuous nursing on self-management ability of patients with PICC in Oncology Department.Methods From February 2017 to January 2018,110 patients with tumor treated by PICC catheter were divided into experimental group(n=53)and control group(n=50)according to the different nursing methods.The experimental group was treated by Ohama system nursing and the control group was treated by routine nursing.The improvement of PICC self-management ability of the two groups was compared.Results The evaluation scores of PICC self-management ability of the two groups increased with the change of time,and the scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing,the nursing based on Omaha system can effectively improve the ability of PICC self-management of cancer patients.
