阿司匹林联合前列地尔对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者不良反应发生的影响研究进展

摘　　要：目前临床对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的治疗方式十分多样化,使得患者的临床疗效得到了显著的提高。在所有的治疗方案中,抗血小板治疗是临床中经诸多循证医学证据证实确定的最有效的方式之一,其不仅可以对血小板产生直接的阻断作用,阻滞其形成血栓,且可以降低患者发生相关意外事件的风险。临床中最常使用的一种抗血小板药物为阿司匹林,其主要通过对血小板产生阻断作用,阻滞其合成可以促使血小板发生聚集作用的血栓素A2,从而发挥抑制患者体内血小板聚集的作用。前列地尔是一种高生物活性物质,其属于一种天然的前列腺素类物质,生理及药理作用广泛。前列地尔在动脉硬化、冠心病等相关心血管疾病的临床治疗过程中疗效显著。本文就阿司匹林联合前列地尔对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的应用及不良反应情况进行简要综述。At present,the clinical treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans is very diverse,and the clinical efficacy of patients has been significantly improved.Among all treatment options,antiplatelet therapy is one of the most effective way to confirm clinical evidence in many evidence-based medicines.It not only directly blocks platelets,but also blocks thrombosis.It can reduce the risk and rate of patients with related accidental risk events.One of the most commonly used antiplatelet drugs in the clinic is aspirin,which inhibits platelet aggregation by blocking the synthesis of thromboxane A2,which promotes platelet aggregation.Alprostadil is a highly bioactive substance in the clinic,which belongs to a natural prostaglandin substance and has a wide range of physiological and pharmacological effects.Alprostadil is effective in the clinical treatment of related cardiovascular diseases such as arteriosclerosis,angina pectoris,coronary heart disease,thrombosis and myocardial infarction.This article reviews the application and adverse reactions of aspirin combined with alprostadil in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.
