摘 要:为探究不同运动参数交互作用下碟盘刀具破碎煤岩的性能,根据进给速度、振动幅值和频率这3个运动参数,设计了3参数5水平的25组正交数值模拟实验。通过对碟盘刀具振动切削煤岩的数值模拟,给出了一种可赋予不同权重评价指标的改进功效系数法。在未考虑碟盘刀具生产率的条件下,采用功效系数法综合分析了峰值均值、曲线均值、小波能量熵和盒维数4个评价指标对破碎煤岩性能的影响。结果表明,进给速度、振动频率和幅值对破碎性能的影响依次减小,获得了破碎性能较好的不同参数组合。该研究为碟盘刀具多参数优化提供了参考。This paper aims to explore the coal rock breaking performance of disc cutter subjected to the interaction of different motion parameters.The study involves using three motion parameters such as feed speed,vibration amplitude and frequency to design 25 sets of orthogonal numerical simulation experiments with 3 parameters and 5 levels;and performing the numerical simulation of vibration cutting coal rock of disc cutter.The research offers an improved efficiency coefficient method which can give different weights to the evaluation indexes;and highlights the use of the efficiency coefficient method to achieve a comprehensive analysis of the effect of four evaluation indexes,such as peak value,curve value,wavelet energy entropy,and box dimension on the performance of fractured coal,without considering the productivity of disc cutter.The results show that the reductions are observed in the effects of feed speed,vibration frequency,and amplitude on the crushing performance,contributing to the different parameter combinations with better crushing performance.This study could inform the multi parameter optimization of disc cutters.
