摘 要:现今电力电子技术中的子系统已被集成到整个系统中,数字电源技术有助于降低开关损耗并管理系统复杂的功耗来源。为了优化数字电源系统,必须在电源子系统之间建立标准化的通信方式。在英特尔公司基于I2C总线的系统管理总线规范SMBus以及其改进版本PMBus中,对传统电源系统中的功耗、裕度等相关功率测试均需手动改变无源组件和每个测试用例的额外设置,使得系统级电源管理的设计非常麻烦,基于此,利用PMBus总线规范设计一种总线从控制器,并通过主机与之通信验证其功能,最终实现数字集成电路的物理版图,为数字电源简化设计提供了一种经济有效的方法。Nowadays,subsystems in power electronics technology have been integrated into the whole system.Digital power supply technology helps to reduce switching losses and manage complex power consumption sources of the system.In order to optimize the digital power supply system,it is necessary to establish a standardized communication mode between power supply subsystems.In Intel's system management bus specification SMBus based on I2C bus and its improved version PMBus,the passive components and the additional settings of each test case need to be manually changed for power consumption,margin and other related power tests in the traditional power supply system,making the design of system-level power management very troublesome.Based on this,a bus slave controller is designed using PMBus specification,and its function is verified through communication with the host computer and the physical layout of the digital integrated circuit is realized,providing an economical and effective method for simplified design of digital power supply.
