摘  要:针对传统纺纱机的分梳辊、罗拉等工作部件因无法实时调节速度造成成品纱线粗细不均、断线等问题,以步进电机作为纺纱机的主要工作部件,设计了基于FPGA的多通道电机控制系统,并在硬件平台上加以验证。在程序中设置多个寄存器存放当前所有电机的给定速度、实际速度等信息,以增量式光电码盘实时检测电机转速并传输给FPGA,运用S曲线算法控制电机速度自动调节至给定值,最终在液晶屏幕上显示调节后的电机速度和档位。实验结果表明,S形速度曲线更符合步进电机的加减速特征,能够缩短电机达到所需速度的工作时间,且其硬件平台易于搭接,控制精度高,操作简易。In view of the problems of uneven yarn thickness and broken yarn caused by the working parts of the traditional spinning frame such as the combing roller and roller,Taking stepper motor as the main working part of spinning machine,a multi-channel motor control system based on FPGA is designed and verified on the hardware platform.A number of registers are set in the program to store the given speed,actual speed and other information of all current motors.The speed of the motor is detected in real time by the incremental photoelectric code disk and transmitted to FPGA.The S-curve algorithm is used to control the speed of the motor to adjust to the given value automatically,and the adjusted motor speed and gear position are displayed on the liquid crystal screen finally.The experimental results show that the S-shaped speed curve is more in line with the acceleration and deceleration characteristics of the stepping motor,which can shorten the working time for the motor to reach the required speed,and its hardware platform is easy to overlap,with high control accuracy and easy operation.
