产学研合作创新网络组织模式及其运作机制研究

摘　　要：产学研合作创新是一种资源共享、优势互补的多方共赢模式,企业、高校、科研院所都是合作创新网络中的关键节点。文章首先对该合作创新网络的主要构成与组织模式进行了概述,其次介绍了该模式的3种运行机制,即契约网络协调机制、创新动力增强机制、风险监督与防控机制。最后就如何推进产学研合作创新网络的完善与发展提出了几点建议。Industry-university-research cooperation innovation is a multi-win-win model of resource sharing and complementary advantages. Enterprises, universities, and research institutes are all key nodes in the collaborative innovation network. The article first outlines the main composition and organizational model of the cooperative innovation network, and then introduces the three operating mechanisms of the model, namely the contract network coordination mechanism, the innovation motivation enhancement mechanism, the risk supervision and prevention and control mechanism. Finally, some suggestions on how to promote the improvement and development of the innovation network of industry-university-research cooperation are put forward.
