摘  要:介绍了云峰分公司磷酸厂磷酸浓缩装置石墨换热器清洗方式的改造情况,详细介绍了改造后的工艺流程和72 h性能考核过程.技术人员采用硫酸和氟硅酸对石墨换热器进行二次清洗后,石墨列管内壁结垢物被完全清洗干净,石墨换热器换热能力得到提升;磷酸浓缩装置磷酸产量、磷酸浓度、冷凝液电导率及蒸汽消耗均在指标范围内,达到设计要求.氟硅酸为湿法磷酸副产品,清洗后可回收利用,不增加清洗成本.Modification of cleaning method in graphite heat exchanger of phosphoric acid concentrator in phosphoric acid plant of Yunfeng Branch are introduced.Process flow after modification and 72 h performance evaluation are described.Technical staffs used sulphuric acid and fluorosilicic acid to perform secondary cleaning on graphite heat exchanger,and scale on inner wall of graphite tube was completely cleaned,and heat exchange capacity of graphite heat exchanger was improved,with phosphoric acid yield and concentration,condensate conductivity and steam consumption within indicators,meeting design requirements.As by-product of wetprocess phosphoric acid,fluorosilicic acid can be recycled after cleaning without increasing cleaning cost.
