摘　　要：云南云天化股份有限公司云峰分公司进行腐植酸铵产品开发,成功生产出总养分(N+P2O5)质量分数在57.0%腐植酸铵.重点介绍了腐植酸铵生产工艺流程、工艺指标和控制要点.生产出的腐殖酸铵w(N)≥14%,w(P2O5)≥41%,w(H2O)≤2.5%,粒径在2.0~4.1 mm的产品大于或等于93%.通过技改,云峰分公司进一步提高了三元复合肥系列产品的市场竞争力.Development of ammonium humic product with total nutrients(N+P2O5)mass fraction of 57.0%in Yunnan Yuntianhua Yunfeng Branch Company is introduced.Process flow,process indicators and control points of ammonium humate are described.Produced ammonium humate is w(N)above 14%,w(P2O5)above 41%,w(H2O)above 2.5%,and product with particle size of 2.0-4.1 mm is greater or equal to 93%.Through technical innovation,Yunfeng Branch has further improved market competitiveness of ternary compound fertilizer series products.
