中小型非煤矿山平巷掘进机械化的探索与实践

摘　　要：湖南黄金集团有限责任公司通过采用以DF10A-1BDG型全液压凿岩台车、ZWY-80/30.75G型轨轮挖掘式装载机、免维修无架线电瓶机车、YCC-3非标液压侧卸式矿车以及对旋式双轴流低噪音局部通风机组成的平巷机械化作业生产线,达到了单班进尺2.4 m、月进尺最高175 m的成绩,作业效率明显提高,劳动强度大幅降低,安全性大大提高。By adopting mechanized working production line for driving,which is composed of DF10A-1BDG full hydraulic drilling jumbo,ZWY-80/30.75G rail wheel excavating loader,maintenance-free overhead storage battery locomotive,YCC-3 non-standard hydraulic side unloading tramcar and counter-rotating dual axial flow low-noise local ventilator,the single shift footage of 2.4 m,with the achievement of the highest monthly footage of 175 m,the operation efficiency is obviously improved,the labor intensity is greatly reduced,and the safety is greatly improved by Hunan Gold Group.
