摘　　要：腰椎盘突出症虽然不算致死大病,但患病人群越来越广泛,越来越年轻化,引起了人们的重视。腰椎盘突出症不好治疗,治疗远远没有预防重要。文章介绍了腰椎盘突出症的病理、治疗方法、患病越来越年轻的原因,并就如何预防腰椎盘突出症进行阐述。Lumbar disc herniation is not a fatal disease,but due to the prevalence of more and more people,more and more young people pay attention to.Lumbar disc herniation is not good to treat,the role of treatment is far less important than the role of prevention.This article starts with the introduction of lumbar disc herniation,explains the pathology and treatment methods,explains the reasons why lumbar disc herniation is getting younger and younger,and explains how to prevent it.
