摘 要:为研究导叶可调式双涡轮液力变矩器动态特性,建立变矩器各叶轮全流道模型,利用多流动区域耦合算法中滑动网格法实现叶轮间流动参数的实时传递。采用动网格技术研究导叶调节速度对输出特性影响,实现了液力变矩器瞬态流动的动态特性计算。结果表明:导叶调节速度越大,调节所需力矩越大,引起压力脉动越大;导叶可调式液力传控系统在阶跃输入下没有超调量,动态响应时间随输入信号的不同而不同,大约在8~9 s左右,开度变化幅度小则响应时间相对较快,变化幅度大则相对较慢;导叶可调式液力传控系统对恒力矩负载具有较好的控制能力,动态响应时间在2 s内。In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the twin-turbo torque converter with adjustable guide vane,the full flow path model of each impeller of the torque converter is established.The sliding grid method in the multi-flow region coupling algorithm is used to realize the real-time transmission of the flow parameters between the impellers.The dynamic mesh technique is used to study the influence of the guide vane adjustment speed on the output characteristics,and the dynamic characteristics of the transient flow of the torque converter are calculated.The results show that the greater the speed of the guide vane,the larger the torque required for the guide vane adjustment,and the greater the pressure wave.The hydraulic transmission control system with the adjustable guide vane has no overshoot under the step input,and the dynamic response time varies with the input signal,which is about 8-9 seconds.When the change of the opening degree is small,the response time is relatively high,and vice versa.The hydraulic transmission control system with adjustable guide vane has better control ability for constant torque load,and the dynamic response time is within 2 seconds.
