摘　　要：阅读咨询服务是一项复杂的图书馆服务内容,是阅读推广的一种深度服务形式。本文对明尼苏达大学威尔森图书馆开展的一项基于表格的阅读咨询服务(书籍对接服务)做详细介绍,包括表格内容、服务流程、效果评价等方面。最后本文总结了明尼苏达大学书籍对接服务对我国高校学术图书馆阅读咨询服务开展的三点启示。Reference service is a complex library service and an in-depth one for reading promotion.This article provides a detailed introduction to a form-based reference service(book matchmaking service)conducted by the Wilson Library of the University of Minnesota,and elaborates on form contents,service processes,and performance evaluation and other aspects of the project.Finally,it summarizes three inspirations for academic libraries in China.
