摘　　要：涂料的流平性能对于涂层的最终性能有着重要的影响,添加含氟流平剂是解决涂料缩孔、桔皮、缩边、浮色、发花等缺陷的重要途径。长碳氟链(≥8)单体流平剂在涂料中具有极佳的表面活性,由于其持久性、毒性和生物累积性已经逐渐被多国限制使用,因此,基于环保型含氟单体的流平剂得到了广泛的关注。综述了环保型含氟单体短碳氟链和"弱位点"单体的分子设计及其在涂层含氟流平剂中的应用。The appearance and performance of coating greatly depend on flow and leveling properties, and fluorine-containing leveling agent is the key prescription to solve the defects of coating, such as craterring, orange peel, shrinkage, flocculation on color, floating, and so on. It is well-known that long chain perfluoro-groups(C≥8) built into copolymers provide additives which show good surface activity by lowering the surface tension of the liquid paint, however, because of its persistence, toxicity and bioaccumulation, long chain perfluoro-groups has been gradually restricted by many countries. Therefore, the leveling agent based on environmental friendly fluorine-containing monomers has been widely concerned. The molecular design of environmental friendly fluorinated monomers with short fluorocarbon chains and "weak sites" and their applications in fluorinated leveling agents for coatings were reviewed.
