摘 要:选用少量反式聚异戊二烯替代天然橡胶、少量白炭黑替代炭黑制备了弹性球铰橡胶胶料,研究了不同配方胶料的弹性球铰径向静刚度、轴向静刚度、扭转静刚度和疲劳性能等。结果表明,选用10份白炭黑替代改性炭黑、10份反式聚异戊二烯替代天然橡胶后弹性球铰2向刚度、静刚度和疲劳性能圴明显提升。Rubber compound of elastic ball joint was prepared by using a small amount of transpolyisoprene replacing natural rubber and a small amount of silica replacing carbon black.The radial static stiffness,axial static stiffness,torsional static stiffness and fatigue properties of elastic ball joint prepared with different formular compounds were studied.The results showed that several static stiffnesses and fatigue properties of elastic ball joints were significantly improved by using 10 phr of silica replacing modified carbon black and 10 phr of trans-polyisoprene replacing natural rubber.
