摘 要:先将同一批次中超耐磨炭黑N234进行脱灰、脱挥发分处理,再在高温(500℃、1000℃和1500℃)氮气氛围下分别处理1h和6h,制备出具有不同表面活性的炭黑填料;采用同一配方和工艺制备出硫化胶,研究了不同表面活性的炭黑填料对硫化胶补强性能的影响。结果表明,随着处理温度的升高,炭黑粒子表面能升高,分散性变差,结合胶含量降低,拉伸强度变化不大;与1#未高温处理炭黑填充硫化胶相比,1500℃×1h条件下处理的炭黑填充硫化胶拉断伸长率、相对磨耗量和压缩生热分别增大了25%、33%和147%,定伸应力下降了51%,滞后损失变化不大。延长高温处理时间,炭黑表面活性降低,分散性变好,结合胶含量增大。Intermediate super abrasion carbon black N234 produced in the same batch was deashed and volatilized,and then treated without oxygen(nitrogen protection)at the high temperatures(500℃,1000℃and 1500℃)for 1 hand 6 h,the carbon black with different surface activities was prepared.The compound was prepared by using the same formula and the same process,the effect of carbon black with different surface activity on the reinforcement of the compound was researched.The results showed that the surface energy of the carbon black increased with the rise of the treatment temperature,both the dispersion and the content of bound rubbe decreased,the tensile strength did not change.Compared with the vulcanizate filled with the 1# untreated carbon black at high temperature,the elongation at break,the relative abrasion value and the compression heat of the vulcanizate filled with the carbon black treated under 1500℃×1 hincreased by 25%,33%and 147%,respectively,the modulus decreased by 51%,the hysteresis loss did not change much.The surface activity of carbon black decreased by prolonging the high temperature treatment time,the dispersion became good,the the content of bound rubbe increased.
