摘　　要：通过弹簧预压、侧滑U形斜块压锁、模具拉杆、挂杆与T形拉杆等开合模联动机构设计,从传统硫化模具的注胶筒和下模中分别分解出上镶块和下镶块,并与两瓣模组合成与产品结构相关联的模块化子模结构,开发出了球铰制品新型吊挂式模块化自动脱模硫化模具。实际生产证明,该型模具实现了子母模设计思路,具有快速开发和硫化快速换型功能,实现了自动脱模操作,改善了生产操作与模具使用工况,提升了生产效率与产品质量,经济效益显著。A new automatic demoulding vulcanizing mold with hang-module structure for joint rubber product was developped by designing spring eloading,side sliding U-shaped oblique block locking,mold tie rod,hanging rod and T-shaped tie rod,both the upper insert and lower insert were separated from the injection borrel and lower mold of traditional mold structure,the module sub-die structure associated with product structure was formed by combining the two half dies.The reality production showed that the mold not only realized the design idea of the mother-son mold,but also had the function of rapid development of the mold and rapid change of vulcanization.It also realized the automatic demoulding operation,the production operation and the work condition of the mold were improved,the production efficiency and product quality were improved,the cost of the mold development was reduced,the economic benefits was remarkablely achieved.
