摘 要:辽河油田公司沈阳采油厂目前每天含油污水回注量17000吨,平均温度47°C。这些含油污水是石油伴生水,加热以利于脱水。在现有的热泵技术条件下,不加以利用地将这么高的水温直接回注到地层造成热能浪费。如果通过热泵技术对污水余热加以利用,则能节约很多天然气。本文通过现状调查、经济、技术、政策可行性分析认为沈阳采油厂污水余热的可挖潜力很大,回用污水余热在技术与政策方面均有较大的可行性和可观的经济性。At present Shenyang Oil Production Plant of Liaohe Oilfield Company,daily re-inject 17,000 tons oily waste water,its average temperature is about 47°C.the oily waste water is heated in order to facilitate dehydration.Under the conditions of the existing heat pump technology,if we re-inject the high-temperature oily water into formation directly,a large amount of heat will be wasted.Through the heat pump technology we use the heat reasonably,we can save a lot of natural gas.This article by the Survey,the feasibility analysis in economy,technology and policy infers that Shenyang Oil Production Plant,have great potential in using the rest heat of oily waste water,and have larger feasibility and considerable economy in technical and policy aspects.
