摘 要:为了探究振幅和冲裁间隙对冲裁结果的协同作用规律,以6061铝合金板材为研究对象开展超声振动辅助冲裁试验(振动频率为20 k Hz)。超声振动辅助摩擦试验结果表明:超声振动的介入使得摩擦系数显著降低,且在低振幅条件下超声振动对于摩擦系数的影响更为明显。超声振动辅助拉伸试验表明:材料在施加超声振动后,流动应力立即下降,表现为明显的"软化"现象。在Deform-2D超声振动辅助冲裁模拟中将超声振动辅助摩擦试验和超声振动辅助拉伸试验获得的摩擦系数和流动应力随振幅的变化规律赋予板材,间接模拟超声振动对6061铝合金板材冲裁的影响规律。最后结合超声振动辅助冲裁试验得出结论:在不同冲裁间隙下,加入超声振动后,冲裁力的降低程度不同。超声振动幅参数对6061铝合金板材冲裁的影响非常显著;合理的超声振动冲裁参数既能减小冲裁力,又能提高冲裁断面质量。To find out the synergy law of amplitude and blanking clearance on blanking results,the ultrasonic vibration assisted(vibration frequency of 20 kHz)blanking test of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet was carried out.The results of ultrasonic vibration assisted friction test show that the friction coefficient is significantly reduced by applying ultrasonic vibration and the effect of ultrasonic vibration on the friction coefficient is more obvious under low amplitude.The results of ultrasonic vibration assisted tensile test show that the flow stress decreases immediately after applying the ultrasonic vibration,which shows the phenomenon of’softening’.In the Deform-2 D ultrasonic vibration assisted blanking simulation,the laws of friction coefficient and flow stress obtained from ultrasonic vibration assisted friction and tensile tests were applied to the sheet to indirectly simulate the influence law of ultrasonic vibration on the blanking of 6061 duminum alloy sheet.Finally,the conclusion is drawn combining ultrasonic vibration assisted blanking experiment:ultrasonic vibration has different ability to reduce the blanking force under different blanking clearances.The amplitude parameter of ultrasonic vibration has a significant effect on the blanking of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet.Reasonable ultrasonic vibration blanking parameters can reduce the blanking force and improve the quality of blanking cross section.
