摘 要:为达到控制TC4钛合金锥形辊斜轧穿孔过程的温升、减小穿孔阻力、降低能耗和获得理想微观组织的目的,开展了对锥形辊斜轧穿孔曼内斯曼效应的研究。对比TC4钛合金和45钢的旋转横锻试验,证实了两种材料心部均形成双向拉应力,TC4钛合金相比45钢的宽展方向拉应力大,轴向拉应力小。结合Simufact Forming有限元模拟技术,分析了压缩率与应力应变演化规律,发现当变形量约为4%~6%时,曼内斯曼效应最为明显。采用5%的顶前压下率顺利实现了TC4钛合金管的制备,有效控制了温升,获得了理想的双态组织。To control the temperature rise of TC4 titanium alloy cone-type roller cross piercing process,reduce the piercing resistance and the energy consumption and obtain the ideal microstructure,the study on the Mannesmann effect of cone-type roller cross piercing was carried out.By comparing the rotary forging test of TC4 titanium alloy and 45 steel,it is confirmed that the two-way tensile stress exists in the core of both the two materials,and the spread tensile stress of TC4 titanium alloy is larger and the axial tensile stress is smaller than that of 45 steel.Using the Simufact Forming finite element simulation technology,the compression ratio and stress strain evolution law were analyzed.It is found that the Mannesmann effect is the most obvious when the deformation amount is about 4%-6%.The preparation of TC4 titanium alloy tube is successfully realized with 5%top reduction rate,and the temperature rise is effectively controlled,and the ideal duplex microstructure is obtained.
