摘  要:针对筒形件拉深过程中凸、凹模圆角处包角α对凸缘区应力的影响,运用等面积法建立了包角α与坯料瞬时外缘半径和拉深高度的几何关系;采用主应力法并结合全量理论推导出等效应变,并对凸缘变形区的径向应力进行了修正;综合考虑压边引起的摩擦应力和凹模圆角区双曲度弯曲引起的弯曲附加应力,建立了拉深全过程拉深力与瞬时外缘半径的关系式。基于拉深工艺试验,对比分析了理论与试验的拉深力与凸模行程的关系曲线,结果表明:新计算方法的理论最大拉深力与实际最大拉深力相对偏差小于7%,且拉深全过程的理论力-行程曲线与试验力-行程曲线基本一致。Aiming at the influence of wrap angleαat the punch or die fillet on the stress in the flange of a cylindrical cup during deep drawing,the geometrical relationship between wrap angleα,instantaneous outer edge radius and deep drawing height of the blank was analyzed by the equal-area method.The equivalent strain was derived by principal stress method combining with total deformation theory,and the radial stress of the flange deformation zone was corrected.The relationship between deep drawing force and instantaneous outer radius in the whole deep drawing process was established,and the frictional stress caused by blank holder integrated flange and the bending additional stress caused by the double curvature bending of concave die fillet were taken into account.Based on the deep drawing test,the theoretical and experimental curves of deep drawing force and punch stroke were compared and analyzed.The results show that the deviation between the maximum deep drawing force calculated by the new formula and the experimental results is less than 7%,and the theoretical force-stroke curve of the whole drawing process is basically consistent with that of the experiment.
