摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎作为乙类传染病,采取甲类传染病的防控措施。面对四川地区医疗资源分配不均的现状、传统信息传播途径带来的风险和严峻复杂的防控形势,四川大学华西医院结合自身实际和优势,对新型冠状病毒疫情形势下在线防控与诊疗模式进行探索实践。通过线上快速全覆盖培训医卫人员,面向大众及特定个体进行科普宣教、在线诊疗咨询、5G远程会诊等方式实现信息资源、专家资源和技术资源的共享,为打赢疫情防控阻击战贡献华西智慧。Although COVID-19 is classified as a B infectious disease,it is treated as an A infectious disease with the equivalent prevention and control measures.In Sichuan Province,medical supplies are unevenly distributed,and the ways of spreading news and information are still conventional.As a result,there are more risks to control the situation.Under these circumstances,the West China Hospital of Sichuan University makes the best use of its resources and explores the innovative practice of online prevention and treatment model for COVID-19.The hospital has responded swiftly to the situation by training medical staff online,educating the public and certain groups,offering online health consultations,diagnosis and treatment,and having 5G online meetings.With these measures,the hospital is able to share information,medical services and technical resources to make contribution to the battle against COVID-19.
