摘　　要：在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中,启用方舱医院是我国公共卫生防控与医疗的一个重大举措,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。方舱医院启用时,面临诸多困难。首次提出医疗集群的概念,并以武昌方舱医院为例总结了医疗集群在方舱医院中的应用,阐述了医疗集群的概念、工作机制、方法及成效,为应对未来重大公共卫生事件提供参考依据。In the fight against COVID-19,the opening of cabin hospital is a major measure of public health prevention and control in China,and has made remarkable achievements,which is of great significance for the overall victory.The paper puts forward the concept of medical cluster for the first time,summarizes the application of medical cluster in Wuchang Cabin Hospital as an example,expounds the concept,working mechanism,method and effect of medical cluster in cabin hospital,and provides a reference for dealing with major public health events in the future.
