摘　　要：孕产妇是新型冠状病毒易感人群,一旦感染,病情发展迅速,易进展为重症,因此,应高度重视孕产妇新型冠状病毒肺炎防控,避免孕产妇院内感染暴发。结合医院实际,从新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间孕产妇分级防控体系、分区分类管理、接诊处理、信息报送、日常督查及出院远程随访等内容进行探讨,旨在探索综合医院新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间孕产妇感染防控管理模式。The pregnancies are particularly susceptible to COVID-19.Once infected,the COVID-19 develops rapidly and is easily becomes severe.It is very important to prevent and control COVID-19 infection of the pregnancy and to avoid the infection outbreak in hospital.According to the latest COVID-19 actual prevention and control situation in hospital,grading prevention and control system,preinspection and screening process,division management,classification management,information submission,daily supervision and remote follow-up after discharge for the pregnancy are explored to provide the prevention and control management mode of the pregnancy during COVID-19 outbreak.
