摘  要:因新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的特殊性、复杂性、突发性,综合医院在转为定点收治医院时客观要求医院管理体系必须全面调整,其中后勤管理转型尤为重要。以武汉市新型冠状病毒肺炎危重症病人定点收治医疗单位的同济医院中法新城院区为例,介绍了院区后勤管理部门在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情攻坚战中如何利用全面质量管理思维完成战时状态的后勤管理快速转型,包括后勤战略使命转换、环境升级、建立战时物资供应体系、流程再造等,旨在为医院后勤管理应对突发公共卫生事件提供决策和路径参考。Due to the particularity,complexity and suddenness of the COVID-19 epidemic situation,comprehensive hospitals which are transferred to designated hospitals need to adjust the hospital management system,among which the transformation of logistics management is particularly important.Through taking Tongji Hospital Sino-French New City Branch as an example,how to complete the wartime logistics management transformation in use of total quality management the logistics management department is introduced,including the transformation of logistics strategic and mission,environmental upgrades,the establishment of the wartime supply system,and process reengineering,etc.,in order to provide decision-making and reference path in emergency public health events.
