论劳动幸福的四个观测维度及其辩证关系

摘　　要：劳动幸福是一种客观状态,体现的是人在现实的劳动活动中能在多大程度上确证人的类本质。只要在劳动中人的类本质能够得到确证,参与任何能够使人活得更像“人的样子”,而不是畜生和野兽那样的存在样态的活动,就必然会产生劳动幸福。它有四个测量维度,分别是:劳动发展维度(即劳动中的发展机会多少);劳动解放维度(即最低受压迫程度的高低);劳动尊严维度(即最少的身心不利影响因素);劳动基础条件维度(即与当前生产力,特别是生产工具发展水平相适应的社会生活有利条件)。这四个维度使劳动幸福由抽象变成了可观察、可感知的具体状态。尽管客观上四个维度不可能以相同的数字带来劳动幸福的增长和提升,但从最理想的状态来说,四个维度所能确证的程度同时提高,才能最大化地提升劳动幸福的程度。Felicity derived from labor is objective,reflecting the extent to which any one,in labor activities,can confirm his species identity or existence as a human being.As long as the human species identity can be confirmed in the participation of any activity that can make one live more like a“human being”rather than an animal or a wild beast,the felicity will inevitably appear.There are four dimensions to measure it,namely,the dimension of labor development(development opportunities gained from labor),the dimension of labor liberty(degree of being exploited),the dimension of labor dignity(harm inflicted on the body or mind),and the dimension of basic labor conditions(social living conditions compatible with the current level of development of productive forces,especially production tools).These four dimensions make labor felicityno longer abstract,but concrete,perceptible and measurable.However,the four dimensions cannot grow at the same rate to improve labor felicity.But idealistically,the maximum improvement in labor felicity lies in the confirmed growth of the four dimensions at the same time.
