摘 要:城镇化对于农民,尤其是少数民族农民而言,不仅仅是一种身份和生计方式的改变,而且也是一种深刻的文化变迁。城镇化作为现代化的重要内容之一,对传统文化的冲击不言而喻,在此过程中,是被动顺应,还是主动作为:在实现现代化的同时能否最大限度保持民族文化根脉,永续发展,是民族地区现代化建设需要认真思考的重大问题。贵阳市毛寨村城镇化建设中,通过实施“三变”让少数民族群众实现由农民向股民的华丽转身,借助学术团体的智力支持,通过建设布依族文化创意园实施民族文化的传承保护和创新发展,给城中民族村带来经济社会可持续发展,为民族地区城镇化建设提供了宝贵示范作用和启示意义。For farmers,especially those of the ethnic minority,urbanization brings about not only a change of status and livelihood,but also a profound cultural change.As an important part of modernization,urbanization inevitably poses a great impact on traditional culture.In this process,it is a big question in the modernization construction of ethnic regions whether to follow the tide passively or to act voluntarily to maintain the root of national culture for a sustainable development.The urbanization construction of MaozhaiVillage has given the local people a gorgeous turn from farmers to shareholders through the implementation of the“Three Changes”policy.With the intellectual support from various academic groups,aBuyiCultural and Creative Park has been set up for the inheritance,protection and innovative development of national culture,foreseeing a sustainable economic and social development in the future.And it can also be a model for urbanization construction in other ethnic regions.
