摘  要:褐铁矿富含结晶水且易于熔融,高配比褐铁矿烧结过程要求的原料水分及焦粉用量略高。针对两种典型褐铁矿原料,开展烧结工艺优化试验研究,结果表明:烧结含铁原料中褐铁矿配比可提高至60%;在混合料水分为9.0%、焦粉用量为4.5%的条件下,获得的烧结矿成品率为73.92%,利用系数为1.24 t/(m^2·h),固体燃料消耗为64.14 kg/t,转鼓强度为61.86%;烧结矿高温冶金性能良好,符合高炉原料的要求。The limonite is rich in crystal water and easy to melt,and the sintering process of high ratio limonites requires slightly high amount of water and coke in the limonite raw material.Aiming at two typical limonite raw materials,the experimental study of sintering process optimization is carried out,and the results show that the ratio of limonite in the sintering mixture can be improved to 60%.Under the condition of 9.0% mixture moisture,4.5% coke dosage,73.92% sinter yield is obtained,as well as the utilization coefficient of 1.24 t/(m^2·h),solid fuel consumption of 64.14 kg/t and drum strength of 61.86%.The high temperature metallurgical properties of sinter is good,which meet the requirement for raw material of the blast furnace.
