摘 要:在社会分工精细化和高等教育普及化背景下,我国高校开展了多种形式的分类培养实践。基于制度和管理特征两个维度可归纳为严选拔-封闭式、严选拔-半开放式和宽选拔-开放冲关式等三种模式,以及二级学院、共享式育人平台、精英式学院等三类责任主体。有的分类培养模式突出自愿性,注重学生基础能力养成;有的模式侧重专业性技能,更有利于培育拔尖人才。在教育实践中,需要在系统性评价校内外各影响因素的基础上理性选择。In the context of the meticulous social division of labor and with the popularization of higher education, Chinese universities have carried out various forms of classified training practices. Based on the two dimensions of system and management characteristics, it can be summarized into three modes: strict selection-closed, strict selection-semi-open, and wide selection-open punch-off mode, as well as secondary departments and shared education platforms, and elite college. Some classified training models highlight voluntary nature and focus on the development of students’ basic abilities. Some models focus on professional skills and are more conducive to the cultivation of top talents. In educational practice, a rational choice should be made on the basis of a systematic evaluation of the influencing factors inside and outside the school.
