摘 要:针对传统的刮板输送机依靠齿轮减速器调速带来维护周期短、整体效率低等问题,设计了刮板输送机滑模变结构调速系统。将滑模变结构方法运用到刮板输送机调速系统中,采用速度滑模观测器对刮板输送机转速进行观测,同时采用滑模控制器对刮板输送机进行直接转矩控制。最后构建仿真系统,结果表明:滑模变结构调速系统可有效降低刮板输送机转矩脉动,系统的鲁棒性和动态性能得到巨大提升。In view of the problems of short maintenance period and low overall efficiency caused by the speed regulation of traditional scraper conveyor by gear reducer,a sliding mode variable structure speed regulation system for scraper conveyor was designed.Applied the sliding mode variable structure to the speed control system of the scraper conveyor,using a sliding mode observer to measure the speed of scraper conveyor,and using sliding mode controllers to perform direct torque control on the scraper conveyor.Finally,the simulation system was constructed,the results show that the sliding mode variable structure speed regulation system effectively reduces the torque ripple of scraper conveyor,and the robustness and dynamic performance of the traditional speed regulation have also been greatly improved.
