摘  要:针对装配间隙对煤矿托辊传动和承载影响较大等问题,对煤矿托辊支撑轴承与托辊轴装配特性进行研究,基于MASTA对煤矿托辊支撑轴承与托辊轴装配系统热膨胀性进行仿真分析。研究及仿真结果表明:煤矿托辊支撑轴承与托辊轴加工制造误差、装配方式对煤矿托辊支撑轴承与托辊轴装配间隙影响较大。在实际工况下,煤矿托辊支撑轴承与托辊轴装配间隙是实时变化的,热膨胀对煤矿托辊支撑轴承与托辊轴装配间隙和接触应力影响较大。该研究可为煤矿托辊系统综合传动性能提高、承载能力的增加及疲劳寿命的延长等方面提供依据。Aiming at the problems of assembly clearance has been great effect on the drive and bearing of coal mine roller,the assembly characteristics of support roller and roller shaft of coal mine roller have been studied.The thermal expansion of coal mine roller support bearing and roller shaft assembly system has been simulated analysis base on MASTA.The research and simulation results show that the manufacturing error and assembly method have great influence on the assembly clearance of the coal mine roller support bearing and the roller shaft.Under actual working conditions,the coal mine roller support bearing and roller shaft assembly clearance is real-time change.The thermal expansion has a great influence on the assembly clearance and contact stress of the coal roller support bearing and the roller shaft.The research provides evidence for the comprehensive transmission performance improve,the bearing capacity increase and the fatigue life prolong of the coal roller system.
