摘 要:依据山西段王煤业集团段王矿8#+9#煤地质条件及采用5 m综合机械化一次采全高试采存在的问题,证明该矿8#+9#煤不适合一次采全高开采。经多次调研分析论证,结合多年放顶煤开采经验,最后选用大截深电液控综放设备并进行了配套设计。该套设备经投入使用,达到了预期的目的,取得了良好的经济、社会效益,为类似条件下开采设备的选型提供了一定经验及理论依据。According to the geological conditions of 8#+9#coal in Duanwang mine of Shanxi Duanwang coal industry group and the problems existing in using 5 m comprehensive mechanized full height test,it is proved that 8#+9#coal in this mine is not suitable for full height mining.After many times of investigation and analysis,combined with our company’s many years of mining experience in caving top coal,finally chose deep web electro-hydraulic control fully mechanized caving equipment and carried out the supporting design.This set of equipment has been put into use,achieved the expected purpose,obtained good economic and social benefits,and provided certain experience and theoretical basis for the selection of mining equipment under similar conditions.
