摘 要:以MG800/2000-GWD型采煤机截割部扭矩轴为研究对象,利用Pro/E软件完成U、V、I三种槽形的扭矩轴卸荷槽结构建模,采用静力学有限元方法建立3种槽形的扭矩轴静力学模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench分析得到同等条件下U形、V形、I形卸荷槽的应力云图,确定U形卸荷槽力学特性最优,为其他型号采煤机截割部扭矩轴的设计提供了参考依据。The torque shaft of the cutting part of MG800/2000-GWD shearer was taken as the research object.The U,V and I groove torque shaft unloading groove structure modeling were completed by using Pro/E software.The finite element method of mechanics were used to establish the static model of the torque shaft of three grooves.The stress contours of the U-shaped,V-shaped and I-shaped unloading grooves were obtained under the same conditions by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to determine that the mechanical properties of the U-shaped unloading grooves are optimal,which provides a reference basis for the design of the torque shaft of the cutting part of other types of shearers.
