摘 要:液压支架是煤矿井下开采和安全支护的主要设备,液压支架的姿态决定了生产过程能否顺利进行。首先针对影响液压支架姿态的关键参数进行解析,并对其进行数学建模,为支架的姿态调整提供了依据,提出了一种基于马尔科夫理论的支架姿态预测方法。该方法可以实现液压支架移架过程中对下一个支护状态相关姿态参数的预测。仿真结果显示,该方法可以提供误差较小的预测结果,为对支架姿态异常的判断提供了参考依据,同时也为液压支架的自适应调整、自动化控制提供了新的方向和启发。The hydraulic support is the main equipment of mining and safety support in coal mining.The attitude of hydraulic support determines whether the production process can be carried out smoothly.Firstly,the key parameters affecting the attitude of hydraulic support were analyzed,and its mathematical model was built,which provides the basis for the attitude adjustment of support.A prediction method of support attitude based on Markov theory was proposed.This method can predict the relative attitude parameters of the next support state in the process of moving the hydraulic support.The simulation results show that the proposed method can provide the prediction results with small error,provide the reference for the judgment of the abnormal attitude of the support,and provide a new direction and inspiration for the adaptive adjustment and automatic control of the hydraulic support.
