摘  要:碳纳米管的发射电流密度不稳定问题严重困扰着人们对其进一步开发应用。为了探究其原因,本文基于密度泛函理论和金属电子论,提出了一种计算碳纳米管发射电流密度的公式,合理解释了引起电流密度振荡的原因是其态密度随电场增大而振荡式变化所导致,揭示了碳纳米管场致发射电流密度的变化规律。The further development and application of carbon nanotubes had been seriously baffled by the instability of their emission current density. To find out the reason, based on the theory of density functional theory and metal electron theory, a formula is proposed for calculating the emission current density of carbon nanotubes by this paper. Explicably, the reason for the oscillation of carbon current density is that its state density changes with the increase of electric field, which explains the variation law of the emission current density of carbon nanotubes in a wide range of electric fields.
