摘  要:磷化处理是通过在金属表面上发生化学与电化学反应使其表面上形成一层具有防腐蚀作用的不溶性磷化膜,广泛用于金属表面预处理过程中。对两种工业高温锌系磷化液的游离酸度、总酸度以及3种主要离子的浓度进行了分析检测,并用该磷化液对马口铁表面进行了磷化,通过硫酸铜点蚀实验和氯化钠浸蚀实验测试了所生成磷化膜的耐腐蚀性能,采用扫描电镜研究了对应磷化膜的表面形貌和致密性,结果表明两种工业锌系磷化液在主要成分浓度和磷化性能上存在较大的差异,2^#磷化液的游离酸度、总酸度以及三种主要离子的浓度均高于1^#磷化液,经其处理所得磷化膜的致密性以及抗腐蚀能力也明显优于1#磷化液处理过的样品,而且,还发现1^#磷化液使用时会产生较多的磷化沉渣。Phosphating is a process of forming corrosion-resistant and insoluble phosphating film on the surface of metal through chemical and electrochemical reactions. It is widely used in the pretreatment of metal surface. In this paper, free acidities, total acidities and other three main kinds of ion concentrations of two industrial high temperature zinc series phosphating solutions were were analyzed and tested. Then, the surface of tinplate was phosphated with the phosphating solution. The corrosion resistance of phosphating film was detected through copper sulfate spot corrosion experiment and sodium chloride etching experiment. Meanwhile, the surface morphology and compactness of phosphating films were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that there are significant differences in composition and phosphating properties between the two kinds of industrial zinc series phosphating solutions. The free acidity, total acidity and three main ion concentrations of 2^# phosphating solution are higher than that of 1^#, as a result, the compactness and corrosion resistance of phosphating film treated by 2^# phosphating solution are evidently better than that of 1^#. Moreover, there is clear evidence that more phosphating sediment may be produced during the use of 1^# phosphating solution.
