左心室憩室1例及文献复习

摘　　要：左心室憩室是一种在成人较为罕见的心脏畸形。本文报道了一例36岁左心室憩室患者,超声心动图提示左室侧壁及后侧壁自瓣环水平至心尖部可见一附加腔隙,与左室较大沟通,伴有收缩活动减弱。患者于我院行心憩室切除及左室成形术。通过文献整理复习,本文进一步总结超声心动图在诊断心脏憩室中的意义,并讨论心脏憩室的手术治疗方式。Left ventricular diverticulum is a rare cardiac malformation in adults.We reported a 36-year-old patient with left ventricular diverticulum.Echocardiography showed that there was an additional cavity in the lateral and posterior walls of the left ventricle from the level of the annulus to the apex of the heart,which had a giant communication with the left ventricle,accompanied by decreased contractile activity.The patients underwent diverticulectomy and left ventriculoplasty in our hospital.Through literature review,this paper further summarizes the significance of echocardiography in the diagnosis of cardiac diverticulum,and discusses the surgical treatment of cardiac diverticulum.
