“新失业群体”精神生活发展困境研究

摘　　要：就业问题一直是党和政府最为关心的重点问题之一,习近平总书记曾在党的十九大报告中强调,就业是最大的民生。在改革开放取得丰硕成果的今天,与社会主义市场经济飞速繁荣发展相伴相生的是就业市场的竞争加剧。在此情形下,失业率逐步攀升,与失业群体人数增多相伴的是失业年龄比例日趋降低,呈现失业人群年轻化等基本特征,原先的"老失业群体"随着时代的发展渐渐消失,取而代之的则是队伍愈发壮大的"新失业群体"。当前,"新失业群体"的精神生活正面临愈发严重的迟滞与失落的发展困境;在新时代,我们应对"新失业群体"精神生活质量等问题给予更多重视,努力探寻形成困境的基本原因以从多方面提出优化其精神生活的可行路径。Employment has always been one of the focuses for the party and the government.The general secretary of the Party Xi Jinping once emphasizes in the report of the 19th Party Congress that the employment is the biggest livelihood problem.Nowadays,substantial achievement has obtained since the reform and opening up,and the competition has been intensifying in the employment market at the same time with the rapid booming socialist market economy.In such a situation,the unemployment rate tends to grow higher,while the average age of people in unemployment is getting lower with the increasing of the unemployment population,and the basic feature can be seen as the younger ages of people in unemployment,and the original"old unemployed group"gradually disappears with the development of the times,and is replaced by the"new unemployed group"with growing ranks.At present,the spiritual life of"new unemployed group"is facing more and more serious retardation and loss.In the new era,we should pay more attention to the"new unemployed group"spiritual quality of life and other issues,and strive to explore the basic causes of the dilemma to put forward feasible path to optimize their spiritual life from various aspects.
