摘  要:通过热力学计算得出高钛焊丝钢冶炼过程,m([Ti])/m([Al])>7.69,[Ti]具有竞争性,其与钢水中的氧化物进行反应,生成难熔的钛的氧化物。通过优化LF炉精炼工艺,连铸平台夹杂物尺寸<3μm,当量直径5μm,夹杂物0.9个/mm^2,夹杂物熔点集中在1600℃以下,保证了可浇性,连浇炉数达到8炉。Thermodynamic calculation shows that Ti2O3 is the most stable form of titanium oxides in the smelting process of high titanium welding wire steel,m([Ti])/m([Al])>7.69,[Ti]is competitive and reacts with oxides in molten steel to produce refractory titanium oxides.By optimizing the refining process of LF furnace,the inclusion size of continuous casting platform is less than 3μm,the equivalent diameter of inclusion is 5μm inclusion is mm^2 per 0.9,and the melting point of inclusion is concentrated below 1600℃,which ensures the pourability and the number of continuous casting furnace reaches 8 ladles.
