摘  要:以山西临汾生辉矿井重组矿井采区系统为工程对象,分析了试验矿井采区开采的必要性,进行了矿井重组后采区布置方式的设计优化,同时优化设计了采区运输系统、通风系统、排水系统等主要系统,此外,进行了矿井重组后首采工作面优化布置和采煤工艺,实现了工作面快速投产,形成了“2煤层-1水平-2阶段-4采区”开拓准备方式,采用优化设计后的采区系统,年产量可达90万t/a,经济效益十分可观,对类似整合矿井采区布置、采区系统设计有一定指导意义。Taking the mining area system of Shenghui mine in Linfen as the project object,this paper analyzes the necessity of mining area in the experimental mine,optimizes the layout of the mining area after the mine reorganization,and the transportation system,ventilation system,drainage system and other major systems of the mining area.In addition,the optimized layout and mining technology of the first mining face after the reorganization of the mine have been carried out,and the rapid production of the working face has been realized.The"2 coal seam-1 level-2 stage-4 mining area"development preparation mode has been formed.With the optimized design of the mining area system,the annual output can reach 900000 t/a,and the economic benefit is very considerable,which has certain guiding significance for the similar integrated mine mining area layout and mining area system design.
