摘　　要：当资本逻辑具有了世界历史意义的时候,建立在私人领域之中的封建文化哲学体系便开始瓦解,即“私人领域”的封建主义文化逻辑转变为“公共领域”的资本主义文化逻辑。“中国道路”是中国特色社会主义发展道路,批判性地继承了资本主义的“文化公共性”理论。所谓批判性继承,就是指在中国特色社会主义的社会实践中,中国学派的学者们逐渐根据自己创立的认知逻辑,诠释和论证了与资本主义文化逻辑具有本质差别的中国文化哲学。中国文化哲学的理论逻辑就是文化公共性逻辑,本质特征是文化具有公共性。中国文化哲学中的文化公共性是基于公共阐释论理解的文化公共性,公共阐释论的认知逻辑是基于唯物辩证法的唯物史观。文化公共性符合中国道路的发展逻辑表明,中国社会的文化公共性越成熟,中国文化哲学就越能够得到普及和发展。When the capital logic becomes of world historical significance,the feudal cultural philosophy system established in the private sphere begins to disintegrate,that is,the feudal cultural logic of"private sphere"is transformed into the capitalist cultural logic of"public sphere".The"Chinese Road"is the path of socialist development with Chinese characteristics based on capitalism,which critically inherits the theory of capitalist"cultural publicity".The so-called critical inheritance means that in the social practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,scholars of the Chinese school have interpreted and demonstrated the Chinese cultural philosophy,which is essentially different from the capitalist cultural logic according to their cognitive logic.The theoretical logic of Chinese cultural philosophy is the logic of cultural publicity,whose essential feature is publicist public nature.The cultural publicity in Chinese cultural philosophy is based on the understanding of cultural publicity in public hermeneutics theory,and the cognitive logic of public hermeneutics is based on the historical materialism of materialist dialectics.The cultural publicity conforms to the development logic of Chinese road,which indicates that the more mature the cultural publicity of Chinese society is,the more the Chinese cultural philosophy will be popularized and developed.
