摘 要:目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情期间医院提供互联网药学服务的效果,以保证患者足不出户即可安全、有效地获得药品。方法收集医院2020年2月10日至3月7日的互联网处方1345张,对用药患者的科室分布、寄送地点、退药等情况进行分析与统计。结果实施远程互联网药学服务后,患者物流配送率达96.11%,共涉及25个目的地,退药率仅0.52%。结论新冠肺炎疫情期间,互联网药学服务模式的实施,满足了患者的药学服务需求,避免了患者潜在交叉感染的风险,成功构建起了药师抗击疫情的新型药学服务模式。Objective To investigate the effect of pharmaceutical care based on the internet and provided by the hospital during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic,and to ensure that patients can obtain drugs safely and effectively without leaving home.Methods Totally 1345 internet prescriptions of the hospitals from February 10 th to March 7 th,2020 were collected,the distribution of departments,delivery place and withdrawal of patients were analyzed and counted.Results After the implementation of remote internet pharmaceutical care,the logistics delivery rate was 96.11%,involving 25 destinations,and the drug withdrawal rate was 0.52%.Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,the implementation of network-based pharmaceutical care model can meet the patients’demand of pharmaceutical care,avoid the risk of potential cross-infection,and successfully establish a new pharmaceutical care model for pharmacists to fight against the epidemic.
