摘　　要：目的为医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)推荐新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控可选用的消毒剂品种,提出消毒剂规范使用建议。方法结合COVID-19疫情和新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)的特点,查阅消毒相关技术规范、COVID-19防控指南和近年PIVAS消毒相关文献进行分析。结果推荐PIVAS应对COVID-19疫情防控时可选用的5类消毒剂品种,并提出6条规范使用建议。结论规范选择和使用消毒剂,并监督落实到位,是PIVAS做好COVID-19疫情防控的关键。Objective To recommend the disinfectant varieties that can be selected for the prevention and control of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic for the pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS),and to put forward suggestions for the standardized use of disinfectants.Methods On the basis of the characteristics of COVID-19 epidemic and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),the technical specifications of disinfection,the prevention and control guidelines for COVID-19 and the literature about disinfection in PIVAS in recent years were consulted for the analysis.Results Five types of disinfectants for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic were recommended for PIVAS,and six suggestions for standardized use were put forward.Conclusion The key for PIVAS to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic is to select and use disinfectants in a standardized way and supervise the implementation.
