摘　　要：目的调查新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间慢病患者门诊药学服务需求,改进疫情期间药学服务工作。方法采用分层抽样方法,选取2020年2月24日至3月2日来医院门诊就诊的慢病患者,使用问卷星形式开展互联网+门诊药学服务需求及建议的调查。结果共发放网络问卷371份,回收371份,问卷有效率为100%。调查结果显示,慢病患者在疫情期间希望获得足不出户的药学服务。依据目前国家出台的疫情防控方案,医院建立了无接触智慧网络门诊药学服务模式,对慢病患者实行长期处方管理,提供线上药学科普、用药指导及用药咨询等药学服务。结论通过对慢病患者开展疫情期间门诊药学服务需求调查并根据调查结果开展互联网+门诊药学服务,可降低潜在感染风险,保障用药连续性及安全合理性。Objective To investigate the demand for pharmaceutical care in patients with chronic diseases during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic and improve pharmaceutical care during the epidemic.Methods Stratified sampling method was used to select the patients with chronic disease treated in the hospital outpatient clinic from February 24 th to March 2 nd,2020.The questionnaire star was conducted to investigate the demand and recommendations of network-based pharmaceutical care in the outpatient pharmacy.Results Totally 371 questionnaires were sent out and 371 were retrieved,the effective rate was 100%.The results showed that patients with chronic diseases wanted to get pharmaceutical care at home during the epidemic.According to the current epidemic prevention and control plan released by the National Health Commission,we have established a pharmaceutical care mode with non-contact intelligence network in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital,implemented long-term prescription management for patients with chronic diseases,and provided online pharmaceutical science popularization,medication guidance,medication consultation and other pharmaceutical care.Conclusion During the epidemic period,through investigating the demand of pharmaceutical care for patients with chronic diseases and carrying out the network-based pharmaceutical care in the outpatient pharmacy according to the survey results can reduce the potential infection risk and ensure continuity and safety of the medication.
