白芍总苷联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗皮炎湿疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨白芍总苷联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗皮炎湿疹的临床疗效及对患者免疫功能及炎性反应的影响。方法选取医院2016年2月至2018年12月收治的皮炎湿疹患者113例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(56例)和研究组(57例)。两组患者均予盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗,研究组患者加服白芍总苷胶囊。结果研究组总有效率为68.42%,显著高于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的辅助性T细胞1(Th1)、辅助性T细胞2(Th2)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、白细胞介素5(IL-5)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)水平均显著降低,Th1/Th2及白细胞介素2(IL-2)水平均显著升高,且研究组患者上述指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(19.30%比14.29%,χ^2=0.507,P=0.476>0.05)。结论白芍总苷联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗皮炎湿疹,可有效改善机体免疫功能及减轻炎性反应。Objective To investigate the efficacy of total glucosides of paeony capsule combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema,and its effect on immunity and inflammatory reaction.Methods A total of 113 patients with dermatitis and eczema admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the control group(n=56)and study group(n=57)by random number table method.Both groups were given levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets,and the study group was added with total glucosides of paeony capsule.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 68.42%,which was significantly higher than 50.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the ratio of helper T cell 1(Th1),helper T cell 2(Th2),the levels of eosinophil(EOS),interleukin-5(IL-5),and IL-10 in the two groups were all significantly decreased,while the ratio of Th1/Th2 and the level of IL-2 significantly increased,and the improvements in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(19.30%vs.14.29%,χ^2=0.507,P=0.476>0.05).Conclusion Total glucosides of paeony capsule combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets is effective in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema.It can effectively improve the immune function and inflammatory reaction of the body.
