摘　　要：目的探讨金天格胶囊用于手部骨折术后辅助治疗的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取医院2016年1月至2019年1月收治的手部骨折患者92例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各46例。两组患者均进行有限内固定结合微型外固定架手术,术后均予抗菌及镇痛常规治疗;观察组患者术后加服金天格胶囊。结果观察组患者愈合时间明显短于对照组,Gartland Werley腕关节功能评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的骨代谢指标包括血清骨钙素(BGP)、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、护骨因子(OPG)水平,以及生活质量包括生理功能、心理功能、日常活动、社会功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为15.22%,与对照组的8.70%相当(P>0.05)。结论金天格胶囊用于手部骨折术后辅助治疗,能促进骨折愈合,改善骨代谢指标水平,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the postoperative effect of Jintiange Capsules on the quality of life of patients with hand fracture.Methods Ninety-two cases of hand fracture treated in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,46 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with limited internal fixation combined with miniature external fixator.The observation group was treated with Jintiange Capsules after operation.Results The healing time and Gartland Werley wrist function score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum osteocalcin(BGP),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and osteoprotegerin(OPG)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life,including physiological function,psychological function,daily activity and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 15.22%in the observation group and 8.70%in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jintiange Capsules has good effect in the treatment of hand fracture after operation.It can promote the healing of fracture after operation,improve the bone metabolism index of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
