摘　　要：为适应新时代中国特色社会主义卫生事业发展建设的需要,结合现今五年制临床医学“卓越医生培养计划”的基本情况,以新乡医学院为例探究人文素养、临床实践技能、科研素养以及与国际化接轨等培养模式中出现的问题,并提出解决措施,健全卓越医生培养体系,夯实卓越医生教育保障体系.To meet the needs of the development and construction of socialist health service with Chinese characteristics in the new era,combined with the basic situation of the"excellent doctor training plan"for five-year clinical medicine,sampled with Xinxiang Medical University,the problems of humanistic literacy,clinical practice skills,scientific research literacy and integration with the international practice in the training modes were explored.Based on which,some countermeasures were put forward to improve the excellent doctors training system and strengthen the education guarantee system of excellent doctors.
