基于"培土生金"理论的督脉灸改善肺脾气虚型鼻鼽的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨基于"培土生金"理论督脉灸改善肺脾气虚型鼻鼽患者鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕、打喷嚏等症状的效果.方法将符合纳入标准的肺脾气虚型鼻鼽患者90例随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各45例.对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在常规治疗基础上予督脉灸.观察两组患者在治疗前后鼻鼽症状严重程度的改善情况及有效率.结果两组鼻鼽患者症状改善及有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于"培土生金"理论的督脉灸可改善肺脾气虚型鼻鼽患者的症状,预防鼻鼽患者鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕等症状的反复发作,值得临床推广应用.Objective To discuss the curative effect of Governor vessel's acupuncture and moxibustion therapy based on the theory of reinforcing earth to generate metal treating the Lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency type patients of rhinobyon,rhinocnesmus,rhinorrhea,sternutation,etc.Method 90 cases of rhinorrhea with deficiency of lung qi and spleen were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated by conventional treatment,the other was given more Governor vessel*s acupuncture and moxibustion therapy as mentioned above.The improvement of the severity of rhinorrhagia and its effective rate before and after the treatments(P<0.05)were observed.Results There existed significance in statistics of difference between the in the improvement of symptoms and effective rate between the two groups.Conclusion Governor vessel’s acupuncture and moxibustion therapy based on the theory of reinforcing earth to generate metal will conspicuously improve the condition of the Lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency type Allergic Rhinitis patients,as well as prevent rhinobyon,rhinocnesmus,rhinorrhea,sternutation,etc,which is worth to be spread.
