摘　　要：介绍了门式起重机基本情况以及起升系统变频调速的特点,分析了门式起重机的起升调速方案,研究了集装箱门式起重机PLC控制系统升级改造内容及新系统运行情况。This article introduces the basic situation of the gantry crane and the characteristics of the frequency conversion speed regulation of the lifting system, analyzes the lifting speed regulation scheme of the gantry crane, and studies the upgrade and transformation content of the PLC control system of the container gantry crane and the operation of the new system.
