摘　　要：某型发动机在厂内台架试车4 h后从观察窗发现油雾分离器部位有火星溅射出,停车检查发现油雾分离器上盖及油雾分离器排气管有烧蚀,最严重处已烧穿。通过冶金分析和质量复查发现油雾分离器转子上部涨圈槽发生严重变形,简要介绍了油雾分离器的结构,然后从各个角度分析了发动机油雾分离器烧蚀的原因。An engine was tested on a factory bench 4 hours after it was found to have sparkle from the observation window at the oil mist separator. The stop inspection found that the cover of the oil mist separator and the exhaust pipe of the oil mist separator were ablated and the worst part was burned out. Through metallurgical analysis and quality review, serious deformation of the upper part of the oil mist separator rotor was found. The structure of the oil mist separator is briefly introduced, and then the causes of the ablation of the engine oil mist separator are analyzed from various angles.
