引黄工程通信专网程控及调度交换系统的使用和维护

摘　　要：引黄工程通信专网主要为引黄工程输水沿线各点提供数据、话音和图像服务,全长约315 km。供水的运行、调度、监控采取全线自动化控制,实现对全线的遥信、遥测、遥控和遥调。文章主要谈引黄工程通信专网中程控交换系统的使用和维护。通过对程控交换系统的日常使用和维护,亲测积累了一套关于Hipath4000的日常性维护操作指令,基本上可以满足该系列程控交换机的日常检修维护需要。The communication network of the Yellow River diversion project mainly provides data, voice and image services for all points along the water conveyance of the Yellow River diversion project, with a total length of about 315 km. The operation, dispatching and monitoring of water supply adopt the automatic control of the whole line to realize the remote communication, telemetry, remote control and remote adjustment of the whole line. This paper mainly discusses the use and maintenance of the program-controlled switching system in the communication network of Yellow River diversion project. Through the daily use and maintenance of the program-controlled exchange system, the pro-test has accumulated a set of daily maintenance operation instructions on Hipath 4000. It can basically meet the routine maintenance needs of this series of program-controlled switches.
